RUFUS - President McCallum recently tweeted that he was not seeking to declare war on Russia. The President tweeted this morning to announce that he was not seeking a war.

RUFUS - President McCallum recently addressed Congress to request that they declare war on Russia. The President also required Congress to convene for a special session of Congress.
