Important Information Regarding Westley's Re Opening Plans

Dear Customers, Associates, Suppliers and Investors,
On May 15, 2021, President and CEO Of Product Mart Inc John Mallone announced early in the morning that Product Mart Inc is working to reopen Westley's Home Grocers' stores within the next couple of weeks.
While we are still working through a very deadly pandemic, we understand that bills still come, and are working closely with State Governors to ensure a smooth transition back to a working mode. While Product Mart continues to operate, many of its subsidies including Product Mart Go, Product Mart Express and Westley's continue to struggle to find employees willing to fill these shifts. As such, Product Mart's executives decided it would be best to shutdown operations temporarily of Westley's Stores.
As of May 15, 2021, Product Mart CEO John Mallone believes operations may resume by the end of May 2021. We will continue to update our employees and associates through the use of our Corporate Website. Mallone will also post updates at his official Company Blog.
