King Georgie V, Is Expecting To Call Democracy Counsel To Discuss Last Years Of Polton's Absolute Monarchy

DUKE PALACE - King Georgie V, a popular King to most of his loyal subjects, and a Top 10 King of the Kingdom Of Polton, said in a brief statement that he would call to order, his Democracy Counsel, which consists the chambers of the "KING'S" Government, as well as his many legislative aides. In a statement recorded by the King earlier this morning, the king stated the following.

"As of May 21, 2023, I will call back to order, my Democracy Counsel, who will advise me during our nation's transition from an absolute monarch to a constitutional monarchy in the coming years of my reign. The date our counsel will meet includes May 26, 2023, May 27, 2023, and May 28, 2023. These dates will also confer all responsibility of the Royal family to ensure that such a major transition can occur. I inquest that all loyal subjects tune into the Royal Channel for all news, and an open, live recorded and audio recorded meeting with my Democracy counsel."

The King has also made it known that he plans to have a fully working constitutional monarchy established by the end of the decade. He says that once his establishment of the Constitutional monarchy, the former Absolute monarchy will no longer be in effect, and the King's Parliament will become the People's parliament.

If the vote fails, King Georgie V says he will likely overrule the vote, for a more favorable outcome.

Polton's from around the country say they look forward to having fair representation in parliament and says that they monarchy will continue well into the next 100-200 years. Many say they are going to be sad to see power shift from the King and the power that Polton's monarchy vested in one man, to a parliament made up their peers.

King Georgie V has been, at least, since assuming the King title, trying to fix Polton's relationship with the rest of the world. On March 1, 2023, he officially cut Polton's ties with Russia, China and North Korea, evoking a nasty response from these communist countries. Further, he has established centers across the country for citizens to voice their concerns to the King's Representatives so that he can get collect concerns of Polton residents. This comes as a sign of the King's ongoing efforts to change the world's perception of Polton, especially after it was damaged during the reign of his late father, King Marcus II.

"What King Georgie V is doing is very intelligent on his part. He hopes to reshape the view the rest of the world has of a Marcus II destroyed Polton, and bring it back from the dead. For example, on March 1, 2023, the newly ascended King cut ties with the three most communist countries in the world. Those being its former allies, Russia, North Korea, and China," said a Royal Family expert. "He is showing the world that his nation is ready to change and be viewed differently."

The King's Approval ratings have risen by 67%, an increase of about 42% of what his father's approval rating was back in 2022. Several Polton residents are removing decades old photos of the former King Marcus II, and replacing them with King Georgie V's and Marcus I's portraits and photos.
